About This Network

The Strategic Risk Council (SRC) helps organizations develop, implement and sustain an enterprise-wide risk management process (ERM) that is appropriate to their organization’s unique set of goals, strengths, weaknesses and structures. It provides strategic and operational insights into how organizations can establish risk management capabilities by integrating successful board and senior management governance principles with strategic planning processes.

Senior management, with responsibility for strategic planning, assessment, coordination and management of risks in multinational and national organizations.
