Webinar Highlights

The Canadian Board Diversity Council's Annual Report Card serves as a barometer of corporate board diversity in Canada. There has been growth, but not enough of it across the board. Women, Aboriginal peoples, visible minorities and individuals with disabilities continue to be significantly under-represented. And the pace of change to greater inclusion is not fast enough. The webinar explores how the new regulations will impact disclosure and diversity policies within organizations. A series of recommendations are provided to help Directors think through how their organization will respond to these regulations.

This webcast is only half an hour long and well worth the time. It provdes a good overview of the current situation with respect to board diversity in Canada, highlights the new CSA requirements and provides some practical advice on how to achieve a diverse board.
