This 30 minute webinar explores the Canadian Board Diversity Council's 2014 Annual Report Card on Board Diversity and discusses the implications for boards of the new Canadian Securities Regulator's regulations on the disclosure of women on boards and in senior management.

Webinar Highlights

The Canadian Board Diversity Council's Annual Report Card serves as a barometer of corporate board diversity in Canada. There has been growth, but not enough of it across the board. Women, Aboriginal peoples, visible minorities and individuals with disabilities continue to be significantly under-represented. And the pace of change to greater inclusion is not fast enough. The webinar explores how the new regulations will impact disclosure and diversity policies within organizations. A series of recommendations are provided to help Directors think through how their organization will respond to these regulations.
