Bryan’s responsibilities at the Conference Board of Canada include leadership of the knowledge areas of Human Capital, Health, Indigenous & Northern Communities and Inclusion. In this role, he oversees diverse teams dedicated to research and convening activities. In addition, he provides leadership expertise to the Niagara Institute, the Conference Board’s leadership development division. Bryan has over 20 years of progressive experience as a senior executive in human capital management, talent management, leadership development, learning, workplace transformation and organizational change. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of the Canadian Talent and Leadership Development business for a leading global talent development and transition company where is was responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, operations, and leadership of a large team across Canada.
Bryan holds a Master’s degree from the University of Guelph, a graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bishop's University. Bryan is a Certified Human Resources Leader and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
